Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until well mixed.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. 5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. 6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is clean when tested with a toothpick. Cover with aluminum foil if the top browns too quickly.
  7. 7. Let the bread cool completely before serving.
