Easy Paleo Pumpkin Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray the inside with oil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Blend the pumpkin, banana, eggs, coconut oil or butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-52 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and enjoy.
