Ingredients

  • ½ cup cashews, raw
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Pulse cashews in a food processor until they resemble coarse sand.
  2. Add tahini, agave nectar, and vanilla extract to the processor and pulse until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Roll the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and coat them with sesame seeds.
  5. Serve the truffles.
