Instructions
- Pulse cashews in a food processor until they resemble coarse sand.
- Add tahini, agave nectar, and vanilla extract to the processor and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Roll the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and coat them with sesame seeds.
- Serve the truffles.
