Instructions
- Combine warm water, olive oil, and yeast in a mixer bowl and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Add flour and salt, then mix with a dough hook for about two minutes.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until dry and elastic, then divide into two balls and let rest for at least four hours.
- Preheat the grill with a pizza stone inside.
- Flour the work area and flatten one dough ball into a 12-14 inch circle.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza peel sprinkled with cornmeal, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Layer half of the salami and sopressata on the dough, followed by half of the cheese.
- Place the pizza on the hot stone in the grill and bake until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, remaining meats, and cheese.
- Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil, then slice and serve.
