Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a pizza stone inside for 30 minutes.
- Combine 1 ½ Tbsp of olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Shape the pizza dough into a 12-13 inch round on lightly floured parchment paper, creating a rim along the edge.
- Brush the dough with the olive oil and garlic mixture, then sprinkle with oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Top the dough with mozzarella and feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
- While the pizza is baking, sauté the bell peppers in 1 Tbsp of olive oil until tender.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top with sautéed peppers, tomatoes, olives, onion, and parsley.
- Cut into slices and serve.
