Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil and prepare the oven rack.
- Cut the ciabatta baguette in half lengthwise and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Place the bread under the broiler until golden brown.
- Spread pesto on one side of the baguette and garlic mayo on the other side.
- Layer smoked turkey on the mayo side, followed by salami and pepperoni.
- Place sliced mozzarella cheese on the pesto side and top with roasted tomatoes.
- Turn off the broiler and place the sandwich back in the oven for 3-5 minutes until warmed and the cheese is melty.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze if using, and press the two halves together.
- Slice into servings and enjoy.
