Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the roasted red pepper spread by blending all the spread ingredients until smooth.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the roasted red pepper mixture on the bottom halves, then layer with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.
- Place the tops of the slider buns on top.
- Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and brush over the tops of the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired, slice, and serve.
