Ingredients

The sliders

  • 12 count slider buns
  • 12 slices ham
  • 6-8 slices genoa salami
  • 6-8 slices soppressata salami
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • optional none grated parmesan cheese
  • optional none red pepper flakes
  • optional none fresh parsley

The roasted red pepper spread

  • 1 jar (12 oz) roasted red peppers
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • pinch none salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the roasted red pepper spread by blending all the spread ingredients until smooth.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the roasted red pepper mixture on the bottom halves, then layer with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.
  5. Place the tops of the slider buns on top.
  6. Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and brush over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired, slice, and serve.
