Ingredients

  • 1 oz thin sliced fresh mozzarella
  • 1 oz roasted red peppers
  • 3 slices ripe tomato
  • 3 leaves basil
  • ΒΌ tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread in half horizontally.
  2. Layer the ingredients on the bread.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the layers.
  4. Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
