Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil and adjust the rack to the top position.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the Mozzarella and tomato slices.
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and lightly mist with cooking spray.
- Broil the bread for about 2 minutes until golden, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Flip the bread over and place the Mozzarella on one slice.
- Broil again for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is warm and softened.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing tomatoes on the cheese, drizzling with balsamic glaze, and adding basil leaves before topping with the second slice of bread.
