Air Fryer Baked Apples with Oats

Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Wash the apples, cut them in half, and core them.
- Place the apples skin side down in the air fryer basket and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
- While the apples bake, mix the oats, coconut oil, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- After 10 minutes, fill the apples with the oat mixture and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Let the apples cool for 5 minutes before serving.
