Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Make the topping by combining oats, almond flour, brown sugar, walnuts, apple pie spice, and salt in a bowl, then mix in the firm coconut oil until crumbly.
- Scoop out a bit of the center from each apple half and place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle the apples with melted coconut oil and rub it all over the apples.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Uncover the apples, top each half with the topping, drizzle with more melted coconut oil, and bake for an additional 20 minutes until tender and crisp.
