Perfect Baked Apples

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix oats, sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and salt, then add melted butter and combine.
- Slice off the tops of the apples and scoop out the centers, leaving a ½-inch edge.
- Place the apples upright in a baking dish and fill them with the oat mixture.
- Pour water into the dish around the apples.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until the apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
