Ingredients

The base

  • 4 medium ripe bananas
  • β…“ cup peanut butter
  • ΒΌ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup plant-based milk, plain, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Add-ins

  • β…“ cup coarsely chopped peanuts
  • β…“ cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, plant-based milk, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 2 hours until thick.
  3. Mix in the peanuts and chocolate chips, cover, and freeze for an additional 4 hours until scoopable.
  4. Serve immediately and store leftovers in the freezer.
