- 1. Blend the frozen bananas in a food processor until they form small crumbs.

- 3. Incorporate the vanilla and cocoa powder, blending again and scraping down the sides.
- 4. Pulse in the chocolate chips until they are slightly mixed in.
- 5. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined bread loaf pan.
- 6. Freeze for 4-6 hours, then thaw for 15 minutes before scooping.
