Instructions
- Shred the kale and cabbage into thin ribbons.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded kale and cabbage.
- Pour the dressing over the kale and cabbage, and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the sliced strawberries and gently toss again.
- Serve immediately.
