The oat milk mixture

Instructions
- Boil the water in a small pot.
- Whisk in the cocoa powder and pure maple syrup until the cocoa is completely dissolved.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir until melted, then set aside to cool.
- In a blender, combine the oat milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the cooled chocolate syrup mixture into the blender and blend for about 10 seconds until fully mixed.
- Taste and add more maple syrup if desired.
- Transfer to glasses and serve; store leftovers in the refrigerator.
