Oat Milk Hot Chocolate

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate, oat milk, maple syrup, and salt over medium-low heat.
- Whisk steadily until the chocolate has melted and is well mixed with the oat milk.
- Carefully transfer the mixture to a blender and add the collagen if using.
- Blend for about 30 seconds, allowing steam to escape to prevent pressure build-up.
- Divide the hot chocolate among mugs and serve.
