Cherry Oatmeal Crisp

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray ramekins with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix the cherries with sugar and flour, then let sit.
- In another bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, salt, flour, and brown sugar.
- Add butter to the oat mixture and mix until crumbly.
- Distribute the sugared cherries evenly into the ramekins and top with the oat mixture.
- Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbling.
- Cool for a minute before serving, optionally with vanilla frozen yogurt.
