Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pit the cherries and place them in the baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, coconut sugar, nuts, cinnamon, and salt, then mix well.
- Incorporate the coconut oil into the mixture until it's moist and crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the cherries.
- Bake for 30 minutes and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
