Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cherries, honey, arrowroot, lemon juice, and salt, then toss to coat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the sliced almonds, oatmeal, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the cherry mixture evenly in two 2.5-inch cast iron skillets or an 8x8 pan, then top with the crisp mixture.
- Place the skillets on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and serve, optionally with ice cream.
