Instructions
- Drizzle the catfish with buttermilk to coat it fully.
- Combine cornmeal, flour, and spices to create the breading.
- Coat each piece of catfish in the breading mixture.
- For oven baking, preheat to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment, and bake for 17-20 minutes until cooked through.
- For air frying, spray the basket with oil, place the catfish, spritz with oil, and air fry at 400°F for 8-13 minutes, flipping halfway.
