Instructions
- Pat the catfish dry.
- Sprinkle the fish fry onto both sides of each fillet, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Spritz olive oil on the top of each fillet.
- Place the fillet in the Air Fryer basket without stacking or overcrowding.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Flip the fish and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Flip the fish again and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until desired crispness.
- Top with optional parsley before serving.
