Low-Carb Paleo Bagels

The bagel mixture

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- 1. Grease a donut mold with coconut oil and dust with coconut flour.
- 2. In a food processor, pulse together the almond flour, flax meal, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. Add the eggs and vinegar to the mixture and pulse until thoroughly combined.
- 4. Transfer the batter to a resealable plastic bag, snip off one corner, and pipe the batter into the prepared mold.
- 5. Sprinkle the bagels with poppy seeds if desired.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 7. Let the bagels cool in the pan for 1 hour before serving.
