Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the ground flax and hot water in a small bowl and let it thicken.
- In a medium bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, arrowroot flour, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum.
- Add the maple syrup and coconut oil to the flax and water mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients.
- Add warm water and optional seeds to the dough and mix well.
- Form a ball with the dough and divide it into four smaller balls.
- Press a thumb into the center of each ball to shape it into a bagel.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
