Paleo Pumpkin Bagels

maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare silicone donut pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, pumpkin purée, non-dairy milk, and maple syrup if using.
- Add the coconut flour, ground flax seed, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and sea salt to the mixture and combine well.
- Scoop the mixture into each donut cavity, using fingers to shape if necessary.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy.
