Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 ¼ cup Self Rising Flour
  • ¾ cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

For garnish

  • 1 tbsp Oats

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix pumpkin, yogurt, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup in a bowl until a dough forms.
  2. 2. Flour your hands and remove the sticky dough from the mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Knead the dough briefly and shape it into a circle, then cut into 4 equal sections.
  4. 4. Roll each section into a ball and poke a hole in the center.
  5. 5. Place dough in a donut pan or on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg white, and sprinkle with oats.
  6. 6. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
  7. 7. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing and toasting.
