Baked Spice Doughnuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a doughnut pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients except the powdered sugar.
- Add the cold butter to the dry mixture and mix until it resembles sand.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix in the Greek yogurt.
- Heat the milk until simmering, then combine it with the egg and yogurt mixture.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Transfer the dough to a pastry bag and pipe it into the doughnut pan.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until done.
- Remove the doughnuts from the pan and sift powdered sugar over them.
