Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a standard donut pan with coconut oil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, salt, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Add the eggs, pumpkin puree, honey, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to a plastic storage bag, cut off the tip, and pipe the batter into each donut well without overfilling.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- If desired, dip each warm donut in granulated coconut sugar before serving.
