Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Blend all donut base ingredients in a blender until smooth, adjusting the coconut milk for thickness.
- Grease the donut pan with coconut oil.
- Pour the batter into the donut wells, filling them almost to the top.
- Bake for about 12 minutes and let cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes.
- Loosen the donuts with a spoon and remove them from the pan.
- Mix the glaze ingredients in a bowl and dip or spoon it over the cooled donuts.
- Allow the glaze to dry for about 30 minutes before serving.
