Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
- In a blender or food processor, combine all dough ingredients except the toppings and blend until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and form it into a ball, adding more cassava flour if it's sticky.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts and shape each into a bagel.
- Gently drop each bagel into the boiling water; they are ready when they float to the top.
- Carefully lift the bagels out and place them on the baking sheet.
- Whisk the extra egg and brush it over each bagel.
- Sprinkle with your chosen toppings and bake for 23-25 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
