Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice each half into quarters.
- Soak the sliced potatoes in a large bowl of hot water for 20-30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and add the seasonings. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired crispiness.
- Cool before serving.
