Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
- Rinse the potato wedges in cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- Soak the rinsed potatoes in very hot water for 10 minutes.
- Pat the potatoes dry and toss them with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Air fry the potato wedges at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Toss the wedges and continue air frying at 350°F for an additional 5 minutes.
- Increase the air fryer temperature to 400°F and cook for about 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes until crispy.
- Transfer the crispy potato wedges to a serving plate and sprinkle with additional salt before serving.
