The potatoes

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into ½-inch thick wedges.
  2. Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then pat them dry.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  5. Place the wedges in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, tossing gently halfway through.
