Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

For serving

  • to taste condiment(s) of choice

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into equal-sized wedges, aiming for about 8 wedges per potato.
  2. Place the wedges and olive oil in a sealable plastic bag, seal it, and shake to coat the wedges in oil.
  3. Add the seasonings to the bag, reseal, and shake again to fully coat the wedges in seasoning.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  5. Once preheated, remove the wedges from the bag and arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket to redistribute the wedges.
  7. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Use tongs to remove the wedges from the basket and serve with your choice of condiment.
