Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into equal-sized wedges, aiming for about 8 wedges per potato.
- Place the wedges and olive oil in a sealable plastic bag, seal it, and shake to coat the wedges in oil.
- Add the seasonings to the bag, reseal, and shake again to fully coat the wedges in seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
- Once preheated, remove the wedges from the bag and arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket to redistribute the wedges.
- Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Use tongs to remove the wedges from the basket and serve with your choice of condiment.
