Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise, then into quarters, making wedges about ½” thick.
- Soak the potato wedges in warm water for at least 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and dry them well.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with avocado oil.
- Add cornstarch, rosemary, garlic salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and arrange the potatoes in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Increase the heat to 400°F and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with flakey salt and serve warm.
