Ingredients

The potato wedges

  • 2 pcs russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil, divided

The seasoning

  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp dried ginger
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • tsp allspice

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  2. Place the wedges in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp of avocado oil, tossing to coat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and set it to cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook the wedges for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. While cooking, mix the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Once cooked, return the wedges to the bowl, drizzle with the remaining avocado oil, and toss with the seasoning.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
