Instructions
- Clean and dry the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- Place the wedges in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp of avocado oil, tossing to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and set it to cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the potato wedges to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the wedges for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While cooking, mix the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Once cooked, return the wedges to the bowl, drizzle with the remaining avocado oil, and toss with the seasoning.
- Serve and enjoy!
