Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until lightly golden.
- Stir in shredded chicken until coated in butter.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, parsley, and onion powder, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Stir in cooked cauliflower rice and salt to taste, heating through if necessary.
- Serve and enjoy!
