BLT Pasta Salad with Avocado

The pasta salad

The dressing

plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)

mayonnaise

Instructions
- 1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then rinse under cool water and drain.
- 2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, bacon, tomatoes, arugula, avocado, and red onion.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Thin with milk if desired.
- 5. Drizzle the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- 6. Serve chilled.
