BLT Pasta Salad

rotini or other short pasta

bacon, cooked and crumbled

cherry tomatoes, halved

shredded romaine lettuce

avocados, peeled, pitted and diced

ranch dressing

parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions.
- Drain the pasta and run cold water over it until cool.
- Place the pasta in a bowl and toss with ranch dressing.
- Add the bacon, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and avocado to the pasta.
- Stir gently to coat all ingredients.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
