The dressing

Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the ranch dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix well.
- Gently fold in the cherry tomatoes, romaine, spinach, chives, and bacon.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve immediately or chill before serving.
