The dressing

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cool water.
- Chop the bacon and cook it in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, arugula, avocado, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
