Avocado BLT Pasta Salad

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Cook the bacon according to package directions, then drain and cool on paper towels before slicing or crumbling.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed avocado and lemon juice, stirring until smooth. Then add mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and garlic powder, mixing until creamy.
- Add the avocado dressing to the cooled pasta and stir to coat.
- Toss in the crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
