Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, cheese, beans, and corn until combined.
- Prepare egg roll wrappers by wetting the edges with a brush.
- Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper and fold to seal.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and arrange the egg rolls inside.
- Spray the egg rolls with cooking oil and air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.
- Flip the egg rolls and cook for an additional 4 minutes until browned.
