Rose Apple Pistachio Tart

Instructions
- Roll out the pie crust into a 13-inch circle and place it into a 9-inch tart pan.
- Chill the crust in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the pistachio butter evenly on the bottom of the tart shell.
- Core and thinly slice the apples using a mandolin.
- Lay the apple slices side by side, overlapping slightly, and brush with lemon juice.
- Roll the apple slices into roses and place them in the tart.
- Chill the assembled tart in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake the tart for 30 to 35 minutes until the crust is golden and the apples are lightly browned.
- Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
