Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb Green beans (trimmed)
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • cup Almonds (sliced)
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add green beans, and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until bright green and crisp tender, then remove and cover to keep warm.
  2. Reduce heat to low, melt butter in the same pan, and add sliced almonds. Cook for 2-4 minutes until golden.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice.
  4. Return the green beans to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic lemon butter, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
