Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add green beans, and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until bright green and crisp tender, then remove and cover to keep warm.
- Reduce heat to low, melt butter in the same pan, and add sliced almonds. Cook for 2-4 minutes until golden.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice.
- Return the green beans to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic lemon butter, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
