Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil and stir to coat.
- 3. Add thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic to the potatoes and mix well.
- 4. Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- 5. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the edges are crisp and the centers are cooked through.
