Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425º F.
- Toss the sliced fingerling potatoes with oil, duck fat, or tallow and salt.
- Place the potatoes cut side down on a baking sheet.
- Roast the potatoes for 30 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
