Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Rinse the fingerling potatoes and pat them dry, then slice each potato in half horizontally.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add melted butter and sauté the garlic.
- Add the potatoes to the skillet, stirring before incorporating garlic powder and salt.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- If desired, top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
