Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients including the various flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients including the nut or seed butter, sugars, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
