Coconut Condensed Milk (approximately 11-12 ounces)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine cashews, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and coconut condensed milk.
- Mix until all ingredients are fully coated with the condensed milk.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for approximately 10 minutes to allow the condensed milk to set.
- Serve the cookies and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to five days.
