Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Cashews
  • 1 ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
  • 3-4 pieces Graham Crackers (crushed)
  • ¾ can Coconut Condensed Milk (approximately 11-12 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cashews, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and coconut condensed milk.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are fully coated with the condensed milk.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  6. Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for approximately 10 minutes to allow the condensed milk to set.
  8. Serve the cookies and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to five days.
